Keto Candied Pecans
1 cup Pecans
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Water
¼ cup Erythritol
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Combine butter, water, erythritol, vanilla, and cinnamon in a non-stick pan. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in pecans and continue to stir until sugars begin to crystallize.
Take off the heat and spread over a tray lined with parchment. Leave to cool for 15 minutes.
