½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp smoked paprika

¼ cup chopped green onions or chives

½ cup cooked bacon, finely crumbled (reserve half for coating)

¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for coating)

Instructions

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, green onions, and half the bacon until smooth.

Scoop and roll mixture into 8–10 balls (tablespoon size).

Roll each ball in the remaining bacon (and nuts, if using) to coat.
