🍲 Italian Meatball Soup

Comforting soup with pasta, spinach, and tender meatballs in a tomato broth.

Ingredients

• 12 oz small pasta (like shells)
• 1 lb ground beef/pork mix
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup breadcrumbs
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 small onion, diced
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ • Mix meat, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings, form meatballs.
2️⃣ • Brown meatballs in a pot.
3️⃣ • Add onion and broth, simmer 20 minutes.
4️⃣ • Cook pasta separately, then add to soup.
5️⃣ • Stir in spinach before serving.
