Pasta with Chicken and Boursin Creamy Sauce 🍝
Ingredients:
250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
200ml liquid cream
150g Boursin cheese (garlic & herbs)
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken:
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened and fragrant. Then add the liquid cream and Boursin cheese to the pan. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine:
Add the cooked chicken back to the pan, then toss in the cooked pasta. Stir everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
Serve:
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your creamy, comforting pasta!
