Brie Wedges:
8 oz Brie cheese
1 cup flour

2 eggs, beaten
1Β½ cups panko breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil

1 cup raspberries
ΒΌ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
ΒΌ tsp vanilla

1οΈβ£ Slice Brie, coat in flour, eggs, and panko.
2οΈβ£ Fry at 350Β°F (175Β°C) until crispy. Drain excess oil.
3οΈβ£ Blend raspberries, cream, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Strain.
