This Creamy Roasted Garlic Sausage Alfredo Rigatoni is a rich and indulgent dish with perfectly cooked pasta, savory sausage, and a creamy roasted garlic Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients:
12 oz rigatoni pasta
1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cloves garlic, roasted and mashed
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook the Rigatoni: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the Sausage: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook, breaking it up into small pieces, until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, add the mashed roasted garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce starts to thicken.

Combine Everything: Add the cooked sausage back into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Stir to combine. Toss in the cooked rigatoni, making sure the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.
