Ingredients:
For the crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp sugar
For the grape cheesecake filling:

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup green grape juice (freshly blended & strained or store-bought)
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp gelatin powder + 2 tbsp warm water (for firmness)
Green food coloring (optional, for a vibrant color)
For the topping:

1 cup whipped cream
1 ½ cups fresh green grapes
2 tbsp honey or grape syrup (for drizzling)
Directions:
Prepare the crust:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes while preparing the filling.
Make the grape cheesecake filling:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add green grape juice, vanilla extract, and heavy whipping cream, mixing until fluffy.
Dissolve gelatin in warm water, then mix it into the filling for stability.
