Pepperoni Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:

1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
24 slices of pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Marinara sauce for dipping
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
Place about 4 slices of pepperoni in the center of each triangle, followed by a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
Arrange the crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet, placing them close together.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Brush the olive oil mixture over the tops of the crescent rolls.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
