📝 INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small head of green cabbage, chopped
4 green onions, finely sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

STEP 1: COOK THE POTATOES
Boil Potatoes: Place the peeled and quartered potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Drain and Mash: Once cooked, drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
STEP 2: PREPARE THE CABBAGE
