1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

12 oz medium pasta shells
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes, then stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
Toss cooked pasta shells into the Alfredo sauce and mix until well coated.
