Chicken and Pepperoni Pizza Melts 🍕🔥🐔

ingredients:
- 3 frozen chicken burger patties
- 3 large protein tortilla wraps (or any large tortilla of your choice)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 18 pepperoni slices
instructions:
1️⃣ Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 🔥
2️⃣ Place the chicken patties in the hot skillet and cook for about 6 minutes on one side, then flip. Continue cooking until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F. 🍳🍗
3️⃣ Remove the chicken patties from the skillet and transfer them to a cutting board. Cut each patty into 6 strips. 🔪
4️⃣ Lay out the 3 tortillas and sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella evenly down the center of each one. 🧀🌯
5️⃣ Place 6 strips of chicken on top of the cheese in each tortilla. 🍗🧀
6️⃣ Spoon the pizza sauce evenly over the chicken. 🍅🥄
7️⃣ Add 6 slices of pepperoni on top of the sauce in each tortilla. 🍕
8️⃣ Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top of the pepperoni. 🧀✨
9️⃣ Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling to close them. 🌯
🔟 Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. 🔥
1️⃣1️⃣ Cook until golden brown, then flip to brown the other side. Keep cooking until both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted. This should take about 5 minutes per side. 🔥🧀
