Only 3 Ingredient - Puff Pastry Dough
2 cups flour
1 & 1/4 cup salted butter
2/3 cup ice cold water
Steps:
Slice the butter in cubes and chill in fridge.
In a large bowl, add the flour and water. Then, take out the butter in the fridge and mix it with the flour. Combine everything to make a dough.
Transfer to a floured surface and start rolling. Add more flour if necessary so it won’t be sticky. Flatten the dough into rectangle shape. Then, fold into 3 parts. Then, roll again using a rolling pin. Repeat the folding for another time. Then, flatten with the rolling pin for the last time. Chill in fridge till ready to use. Enjoy and happy baking!
