- 1 cup almond flour | 120g
- ΒΌ cup chia seeds | 30g
- Β½ cup water | 120ml
- 2 tablespoons olive oil | 30ml
- Β½ teaspoon dried rosemary | 1g
- ΒΌ teaspoon salt | 1g

directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour and chia seeds.
3. Add the water and olive oil. Stir well until a dough forms.
4. Stir in the rosemary and salt. Mix everything together thoroughly.
5. Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out thinly.
6. Remove the top layer of parchment paper and transfer the bottom layer with the dough to the baking sheet.
7. Use a knife or pizza cutter to score the dough into cracker shapes.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crisp.
