Ingredients
1 ½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions
