Pecan Dump Cake
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup whole pecans (for topping)
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly across the bottom of the dish.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the pecans.
Pour evaporated milk evenly over the sugar and pecans.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top, making sure to cover the entire surface.
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix, ensuring it soaks in.
Arrange whole pecans on top for extra crunch.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
