🌈 Fruity Marshmallow Fudge 🍬
Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup fruity candies (like Skittles, Starburst minis, or chopped gummy bears)
Optional: A few drops of food coloring (to match your candy theme)
Instructions
Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
Melt the Chocolate: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Add Flavor and Color: Stir in the vanilla extract. If using food coloring, add a few drops and mix until the desired color is achieved.
Fold in Mix-Ins: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and fruity candies until evenly distributed.
Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Press additional fruity candies on top for decoration, if desired.
Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Slice and Serve: Use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the dish. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
