Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta
A bold and creamy dish packed with Cajun spices, tender steak, juicy shrimp, and rich Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 lb boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
For the Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce:
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
For the Pasta:
1 lb penne pasta
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta – Boil penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the Steak & Shrimp – In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Coat the steak and shrimp evenly with the seasoning.
Cook the Steak – Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the steak to your preferred doneness. Remove from the pan and set aside.
