Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake 🍓🎂

Ingredients:
Crust:

2 cups crushed vanilla wafers

1/2 cup butter

Cheesecake Layer:

3 packs cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup strawberry purée

Crunch Crumble:

1 cup cookie crumbs

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberry bits

Butter to bind

Instructions:

Bake crust 10 minutes.

Pour filling in and bake until just set.

Cool and top with strawberry crumble.
