Quick and Easy “Yogurt Bagels”-In 30 Minutes!
No yeast Needed!
Recipe:
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 cup all purpose flour or bread flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
Add on: 1 egg (beaten) for egg wash
Garnish: Sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning
Steps:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, add flour, yogurt, baking soda and salt.
Mix well until the dough form. Add extra flour for dusting. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Form each piece into a ball and form a little whole in the middle.
Lay in a baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle your choice of seeds. Bake the bagels for 20-25 minutes.
