Cookies & Cream Red Velvet Brownies
These brownies are a delightful twist on a classic dessert, combining the rich flavor of red velvet with the irresistible crunch of Oreo cookies. Perfect for any occasion, they're easy to make and even easier to enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 box red velvet cake mix (15.25 oz)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10-12 cookies)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth and well combined.
3. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
