Thought it was going to be a yucky day outside, but it turned into being a beautiful day instead. I decided to still make some taco chili bowls for dinner tonight!

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 16 ounce cans of Bush’s Best Chili Beans (Don’t drain)
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 10 ounce can Rotel tomato’s and green chilies (Don’t drain)
- 1 Taco seasoning packet
- 1/2 Cup of water

Directions:

1) Brown the beef and chopped onions in a skillet. Once the beef is no longer pink, drain the grease if needed, add the taco seasoning with the water. Mix well and dump into the crockpot.

2) Dump the remaining ingredients into the crockpot. Mix well.

3) Cook on high for roughly 3-4 hours.

4) Serve in a bowl with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
