🍕 Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza Crescent Rolls 🍯
Ingredients:
For the Base:
2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1½ tbsp milk (whole or 2%)
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Assemble the “Crust”
Unroll both cans of crescent dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Press the seams together to form a single, seamless 12-inch circle (or rectangle, if preferred). Pinch any perforations closed to prevent filling leakage.
Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush the entire surface of the dough with melted butter, then evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top, pressing gently so it adheres.
Bake
Place in the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is fully cooked (no doughy spots).
Cool Slightly
Let the pizza cool on the pan for 5 minutes—this helps the glaze set without sliding off.
Glaze & Serve
Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle generously over the warm pizza. Slice into wedges or squares and serve immediately while still soft and fragrant.
