Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
1. First things first, let’s get that spaghetti cooking. Follow the instructions on the package, then drain and set it aside for a bit.
2. Grab your favorite skillet and heat up the olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and those red pepper flakes. Let them mingle until your kitchen smells absolutely divine.
