1 tbsp butter ๐ง
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ยฝ cups heavy cream
ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐ง

Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into ยฝ-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese ๐ง

ยผ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
Marinate & Grill the Chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
