🇮🇹 Polpo alla Luciana (Luciana-Style Octopus)
Tender octopus stewed in a rich tomato sauce with olives and herbs.
Ingredients:
• 1 kg octopus, cleaned
• 400 g canned tomatoes
• 1/4 cup black olives
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
🐙 In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté garlic.
🍅 Add tomatoes and cook 10 minutes.
🌿 Add octopus and olives. Cover and simmer on low heat for 45–60 minutes.
🧂 Season and garnish with parsley before serving.
