Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped romaine or mixed greens
1 boiled egg, sliced
1/2 cup grilled chicken breast, chopped
1/4 avocado, diced
1/3 cup cucumber, diced
1/3 cup tomato, chopped
Instructions:
Place the greens at the bottom of a bowl.
Arrange egg, grilled chicken, avocado, cucumber, and tomato on top.
Drizzle with your favorite dressing or a squeeze of lemon and olive oil.
