Rompope Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Base:
• 46 crushed vanilla cookies (2 cups)
• 6 tiles of melted butter
• 1/2 nutmeg cdta
Stuffed:
• 4 packages (8 oz c/u) of cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup of sugar
• 3 timed flour
• 3 tiles of rum
• 1 vain cdta
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of beat
• 4 egg yolks
Decoration (optional):
• Strawberry jelly
• Fresh strawberries

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 325 ° F (or 300 ° F if the mold is dark and non -stick).
2. Mix cookies, butter and nutmeg. Press the mixture at the base and sides of the mold (1½ ”high).
3. Bake the base by 10 min. Booking.
4. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, rum and vanilla.
