Ingredients:
1 cup Brussels sprouts (steamed or roasted)
1 ripe avocado (sliced)
2 hard-boiled eggs (halved)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved or roasted)
Salt, pepper, chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook Brussels Sprouts: Steam or roast until tender.
2. Prepare Eggs: Hard-boil eggs (8–10 mins), then peel and halve.
3. Slice Avocado: Season with salt, pepper, or chili flakes.
4. Assemble: Arrange sprouts, avocado, eggs, and tomatoes in a meal prep container.
