The Best Rotel Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
16 oz processed cheese loaf (e.g., Velveeta)
10 oz canned diced tomatoes with chilies, including juices (e.g., Rotel)
½ tsp chili powder (optional)
Directions:
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains, then drain excess fat.
Lower the heat to medium and add the processed cheese, diced tomatoes with chilies (with juices), and chili powder if desired.
Stir the mixture continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is smooth.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
