2 pounds (1 kg) chicken wings
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder or cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. PREPARE THE CHICKEN WINGS:
Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
2. SEASON THE WINGS:
Place the wings in a large mixing bowl.
Add the oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
Toss the wings until they’re evenly coated with the seasonings.
3. PREHEAT THE AIR FRYER:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
4. COOK THE WINGS:
