π« Cheesecake Stuffed Cupcakes
π§ Cheesecake Filling:
5 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional but amazing)
π§ Cupcake Base:
Use your favorite chocolate cupcake batter (homemade or boxed mix). Hereβs a quick homemade one if needed:
1 box chocolate cake mix or
1 Β½ cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk or milk
1 tsp vanilla
π§ Directions:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Make filling: mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, and mini chips until smooth.
Spoon cupcake batter into liners (about 2/3 full), then add a spoonful of cheesecake filling in the center.
Bake at 350Β°F for 18β22 minutes or until tops spring back lightly.
Let cool and optionally top with melted chocolate or ganache.
