Creamy Beef Shells 🍝
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups milk
8 oz medium pasta shells
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in beef broth and milk. Stir in pasta shells, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Stir in sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until creamy and melted.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
