Creamy Tuscan Salmon Tagliatelle 🍣🍝
A rich, velvety pasta dish that feels like pure luxury!
📝 Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (skinless, cut into chunks)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cups fresh spinach
1½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
8 oz tagliatelle or fettuccine pasta
Optional: fresh parsley or basil for garnish
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Sear the Salmon:
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon chunks for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook tagliatelle according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add cream, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
4️⃣ Add the Spinach:
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
5️⃣ Combine & Serve:
Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat, then gently nestle the salmon back in. Spoon sauce over top and garnish with herbs.
