Ingredients:

2 teaspoons instant yeast π

Instructions:
Activate the Yeast:
In a large bowl, combine Β½ cup warm water, 2 teaspoons yeast, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until bubbly. π
Mix the Wet Ingredients:
Add 3 tablespoons olive oil, ΒΌ cup yogurt, 1 egg, and Β½ teaspoon salt to the yeast mixture. Stir in 2 cups of flour until the dough is smooth.
Form the Dough:

Let the Dough Rise:

Cook the Naan:
