Ingredients:
8 slices rye bread
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
2 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions:
Prepare the Sandwiches:
Lay out 4 slices of rye bread on a clean surface.
Spread a generous amount of Thousand Island dressing on each slice of bread.
Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of bread.
Divide the corned beef evenly among the sandwiches, placing it on top of the Swiss cheese.
Top the corned beef with sauerkraut, distributing it evenly.
Place another slice of Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
