One-Pan Creamy Meat & Potato Skillet

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

4 medium Yukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.

Add ground beef and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced potatoes, then pour in the heavy cream and beef broth. Stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and the mixture has thickened.

Uncover, sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top, and allow it to melt. Stir in sour cream and cook another 2 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
