Decadent Chocolate Cherry Brownie Truffles

Ingredients:
1 box of brownie mix (or homemade brownies, baked and cooled)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional for extra chocolatey flavor)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup cherries, chopped (fresh or jarred)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions:
Prepare the brownies according to the package instructions or bake homemade brownies. Once baked, let them cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, crumble the cooled brownies into small pieces.
In a separate bowl, combine the cookie dough with the crumbled brownies and chopped cherries. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Form the brownie and cookie dough mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
In a heatproof bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the heavy cream over a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth.
Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Place the chocolate-covered brownie bombs on a parchment-lined tray.
Let the chocolate set for 30 minutes or until firm. If desired, drizzle with additional melted chocolate or sprinkle with crushed cherries for decoration.
