CLASSIC VANILLA CAKE 🎂
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch round cake pans.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in vanilla.
5. Add the dry ingredients in 3 additions, alternating with milk, starting and ending with dry. Mix just until smooth.
6. Divide batter evenly into pans.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Let cool 10 minutes in pans, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Frost with your favorite buttercream or enjoy plain.
