No-Churn Oreo Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 2 cups (500ml) heavy cream
• 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• 10–12 Oreo cookies (crushed)
Instructions:
1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. In a separate bowl, mix condensed milk and vanilla.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk.
4. Add crushed Oreos and mix lightly.
5. Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
6. Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
