🍔 Big Mac
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 sesame seed hamburger buns (3 tops, 3 bottoms, 3 middles from extra bottoms)
6 slices American cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced onions
12 dill pickle slices
For Big Mac Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp French dressing
1 tbsp sweet relish
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and chill while preparing burgers.
2️⃣ Divide ground beef into 6 thin patties. Season with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
4️⃣ Toast buns lightly. Assemble each Big Mac: bottom bun, sauce, lettuce, onions, pickles, cheese, patty, middle bun, sauce, lettuce, onions, pickles, patty, top bun.
5️⃣ Serve warm with fries or chips.
