🛒 Ingredients:
3–4 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Prep the potatoes:
Wash and thinly slice the potatoes (about 1/4 inch thick). No need to peel unless you prefer!
Season well:
In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully coated.
Into the air fryer:
Arrange the slices in a single layer (you may need to do 2 batches depending on your air fryer size).
Cook:
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy at the edges.
