You Will Need:
1 lb beef or steak strips
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
8 oz pasta
¾ cup cream
1 cup beef broth
1½ cups provolone
2 cloves garlic
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Instructions:
Cook pasta, set aside.
Sauté garlic, onions, and peppers in olive oil.
Add beef and season.
Stir in broth and cream.
Add pasta and cheese. Mix well.
Serve garnished with parsley or chili flakes.
