Chicken and dumplings!
Crockpot on low 4 hours.
2 chicken breasts
1/2 onion diced
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Cover all ingredients with water (about a can of water)
Cook 3 1/2 hours, break up 1 can of biscuits, roll in flour, drop on top and cook last half hour.
Can easily double for larger family. I fed 4 people.
