🇮🇹 Insalata di Mare (Italian Seafood Salad)
A vibrant mix of shrimp, calamari, mussels, and clams in a lemony dressing.
Ingredients:
• 200g shrimp, peeled
• 200g calamari rings
• 200g mussels (cleaned)
• 200g clams
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Boil shrimp and calamari briefly until just cooked, then drain and chill.
2. Steam mussels and clams until open, remove from shells.
3. In a bowl, mix all seafood with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
