Detox Cabbage Soup

Cabbage is a good source of fiber, which can promote healthy digestion and regularity.
Detox cabbage soup" is often considered a way to cleanse the body by consuming a soup primarily made of cabbage. This cabbage soup recipe is so easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup carrots sliced
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion chopped
1 - 14 oz can Tomatoes
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 cabbage - coarsely chopped
8 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

In a pot, add oil, saute the onions till translucent. Add garlic and saute till fragrant. Add carrots, saute till tender. Add the chicken broth, tomato sauce. Let it boils. Then, add chopped cabbage. Add the Italian seasoning. Let the cabbage cook for about 5-6 minutes. Seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy!
