Ingredients:
For the Plate:
π₯ 2 large eggs, soft-boiled and halved
π₯ 1/2 cucumber, sliced

1 ripe tomato, sliced
π₯ 1/2 avocado, mashed
π 1 slice whole-grain bread, lightly toasted

Instructions:
Step 1: Boil the Eggs π₯
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Carefully add the eggs and cook for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
Transfer the eggs to cold water to cool, then peel and cut them in half.

While the eggs are boiling, toast the whole-grain bread.
