Maple Donut Creamer
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (dairy or almond milk)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 2-3 drops of donut flavoring or a small pinch of baking powder (optional for extra donut flavor)
Instructions:
1. Combine Liquids: In a small saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, and maple syrup.
2. Heat: Warm over medium heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
3. Add Flavorings: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and donut flavoring.
4. Mix: Whisk well to combine all flavors thoroughly.
5. Chill: Allow the creamer to cool, then transfer to a bottle or jar and refrigerate until chilled.
6. Serve: Shake well before using with coffee or tea.
