π Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Ups

π§ Ingredients:
For the Filling:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, finely diced
1Β½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard (or Dijon)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: diced pickles, for a cheeseburger flavor kick
For the Dough:
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough (you can also use homemade dough)
Garlic Butter:
ΒΌ cup (Β½ stick) unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
Optional: 1 tbsp grated Parmesan for extra flavor
π₯ Instructions:
Cook Bacon:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cook Beef & Onion:
In the same pan (leave a bit of the bacon grease for flavor), cook onion until soft, about 2β3 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat. Mix in the cooked bacon and cheddar cheese. Let cool slightly.
Assemble Roll-Ups:
Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Roll out the pizza or crescent dough into a rectangle.
Spread the cheeseburger filling evenly across the dough, leaving about a Β½-inch border.
Carefully roll it up from the long edge (like a cinnamon roll).
Slice into 1Β½ to 2-inch pieces and place them flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Make Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
Brush & Bake:
Brush the tops of the roll-ups generously with the garlic butter.
