Cheesy Bacon Hashbrown Breakfast Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen hashbrown potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the hashbrown potatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
