Easy Cool Whip Candy
Ingredients:
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup colorful sprinkles (for topping)
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed Cool Whip, melted white chocolate chips, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a flat layer about ½ inch thick.
4. Immediately sprinkle the colorful sprinkles evenly over the top, pressing them lightly into the surface.
5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or until the candy is firm.
6. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into small squares or desired shapes.
7. Store the candy in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
